Domusinterio Replacement Policy – Broken and Leaked

 

At Domusinterio, we strive to provide you with the most delightful shopping experience. We deliver you supreme quality products, supplied by our manufacturers, post stringent quality checks. 

We have no question asked return Policy which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. In case you are not satisfied with the product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.

You can raise a replacement request phone (+919997605627) or chat. 
Phone and Chat is available from 10:30 am to 7pm, except on Sundays and National Holidays.
Please mention your order id, product title and send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return. We request you to retain all the packing material and in same condition as it was delivered.

A Reverse pick up will be initiated as soon as the photographs received are validated. Once the pick-up is done, replacement if readily available, will be shipped within 24 to 48 Hours. 

The guarantee does not extend to:

  • Damages due to misuse of product or incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

  • Items that are returned without original packaging, labels, freebies or accessories.

  • Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Made-to-order/Customized Products.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
